One of the gals Derick loved to stalk was Tessa - a sec. 3 student. He had always fantasized her without her uniform, wondering what she had underneath it that made her look so gorgeous. He would stay behind after school just to watch her from afar while she had her netball training. Seeing her in her sleeveless jersey and tight-fitting shorts caused his imagination to run wild. As time passed, Tessa noticed Derick's presence and she didn't mind it at all. In fact, she seemed to enjoy the attention the 'cute' junior was showering on her. Her friends noticed him too and they teased her, saying that he was her loyal fan. Gradually, the whole group became quite at ease with him around. They allowed him to mingle with them and to run errand for them. Though they were treating him like a little brother, Derick had his own ultimate motive to be hanging around them.

Derick would stay with them till the training was over and would 'conveniently' follow them into the changing room on the pretext of helping them to carry their stuffs. Of course, the gals would chase him out but he wouldn't be far. He would stand guard outside, ever ready to get a glimpse of the actions inside. Once, he noticed that the gals were all in the shower and he decided to sneak into the room. He went through their belongings and even picking some of them up to his nose. He managed to steal out of the room just as one of the gals turned off her shower. He was so thrilled by the whole incident that he would try it whenever he had the opportunity. Soon he became bolder and was spending more time flipping through the gals' stuffs. Eventually he became less alert and once he was so engrossed in his unnatural act that he didn't hear Tessa as she stepped out of her cubicle. She almost dropped her towel when she saw him sniffing and caressing her wet jersey. She screamed so loudly that it immediately snapped Derick out of his hallucination. He panicked and ran out of the room with the jersey still in his hand. The other gals who heard her scream through the gushing water, came out to investigate. Tessa told them what she saw and the gals couldn't believe that their helpful and funny little brother, would commit such a 'sick' act. They were divided as to whether they should report the matter. After much discussion, they decided to give Derick a second chance since none of them was 'harmed' in the process.

Derick reported 'sick' for the next few days and when he eventually got back to school, he kept clear of the netball gals, something that the gals were glad that he did. However, Derick didn't lie low for long. His eyes soon caught sight of his next target - the gals from the hockey team. This time he was captivated by the gals' pleated mini-skirt. He began to stalk the gals, using the same ploy to gain the trust of the gals. Unfortunately, when the gals found out what he was actually up to, they were less forgiving than Tessa and her friends. They reported him to the discipline master and Derick was eventually suspended from school, pending investigation. Though shock, his mother felt that Derick was a simple-minded boy who was just trying to be helpful. She felt that the gals were being ungrateful and that they had blown a 'trivial' matter out of proportion. In fact, in her eyes, all the misdeeds committed by Derick were just harmless acts of mischief.
